2move4free provides Local Real Estate Listings for Apartment Communities, Homes for Rent, and Homes for Sale that are interested in separating their property from the area competition and gain exposure for their listing via the internet and mobile applications. There are two [2] separate and distinct fees associated with our services. First, we charge a listing fee to be apart of our services and secondly, we charge a 'Flat Fee' move percentage rate if you and your Tenant | Buyer use our 'Free Move Solutions' package. Our 'Flat Fee' move percentage is charged to the listing agent and it is that person who ultimately decides if the 'Free Local Move' is granted to the incoming Renter | Buyer.
- Listing Fee: $99.95 - good for an entire year
- Listing Fee: $149.95 -with 24x36 signage and good for an entire year
- Annual listing Fee: $49.95 [after first year]
- Move Fee: $495.00 minimum move charge -OR- 65% of a months stated rent,
higher of the two [Listing fee Subtracted]

Calculating Move Charges
Take your rent amount [RENT] multiply [*] it by Sixty-Five percent [.65 - PRPM] you have a resulting value [RVAL]. If the resulting value [RV] is lower than Minimum Move Rate [MMR], use Minimum Move Rate [MMR] as your move cost [MC], then subtract [-] your listing fee [LF] for a final bill [FB].
EXAMPLE: Rent Amount $700
[RENT] - $700
[PRPM] - .65
[RVAL] - $455, use minimum move rate [MMR] $495 as your move cost [MC] as it is higher than [RVAL]
Move Cost = $495.00
- List Fee = $ 99.95
[FB] Final Move Cost = $395.05
EXAMPLE: Rent Amount $1100
[RENT] = $1100
[PRPM] = .65
[RVAL] = $715.00, use [RVAL] for move cost [MC] as it is higher than minimum move rate [MMR] of $495
