There are two [2] separate and distinct fees associated with our services. First, we charge a listing fee to be apart of our services and secondly, we charge a 'Flat Fee' fixed move charge if you [the home owner or representing agent] extend and execute our 'Free Move Solutions' package to your buyer. Our 'Flat Fee' move percentage is charged to the home owner or listing agent and it is that person who ultimately decides if the 'Free Local Move' is granted to the incoming Buyer. YOur Listing fee is subtracted from the move fee and must be paid in full prior to move execution.

For Home Sales that carry a value of $250,001 + we will deliverer 100 Plastic Storage totes for use by your incoming resident. A Deposit fee of $300.00 will be required to ensure return of the Storage Totes within 10 Business days of the completed move transaction. [WE PICK UP AND DELIVER] The $300.00 Deposit is the responsibility of the buyer.

For Home Sales that carry a value of $500,000 + we will deliver 200 Plastic Storage totes for use by your incoming resident. A Deposit fee of $500.00 will be required to ensure return of the Storage Totes within 10 Business days of the completed move transaction. [WE PICK UP AND DELIVER] The $300.00 Deposit is the responsibility of the buyer.
